Welcome to our flight’s information page. Here, we have outlined as best a possible the way in which our flights are handled.

We appreciate that you may have been offered different flight routing options in the past, but this is not something that we can offer our guests at this time.

The way in which regional direct flights are booked, is such that the customer (you) is subject to the prices and availability of the day.

This type of booking is typical when you are looking for an independent holiday, say where 2 or 3 passengers only, are travelling. You may be familiar with this when checking holidays and the price continues to fluctuate.

As our bridge abroad holidays are operated as a Group Departure, we secure group seats with the airlines so that we can guarantee the best prices available and also enables us to offer group transfers abroad for our guests.

Where possible, we can offer regional connections with British Airways to meet the main group at the designated departure airport. We realise this may not be suitable for all guests, but it is something we that offer in the absence of direct regional flights.

Commercially speaking, there are a lot of aspects that need to be considered when creating a group holiday. We do our very best to design holidays that deliver the best possible experience for all our guests, but there are some areas where we are restricted as to what we can offer.

Naturally when selecting the best flight options available we have considered the impact on our valued guests, so please rest assured that we have covered all basis when confirming our flights.

In addition to the above, while we do have a knowledgeable team designing these holidays, we are operating these holidays abroad for the first time in 2025 and 2026, working with the airlines and other suppliers, understanding how they work, what kind of contracts they offer and so on and so forth.
