About The White Swan

The White Swan Hotel is a charming 300 year old coaching inn, set in the heart of the historic market town of Alnwick and only a stone’s throw from Alnwick Castle and Gardens.

All 55 bedrooms and suites can be reached by the magnificent aft staircase, salvaged from the illustrious British vessel, the RMS Olympic.

The hotel is renowned for its magnificent Olympic Suite restaurant, which features actual décor from the Titanic’s sister ship.

The hotel is the ideal base for discovering the unspoilt hills, coastline and historic castles of Northumberland.

A Bridge Room with a Difference!

Bridge seminars will be held in the Olympic Suite, a replica of the First Class smoking room on the Titanic's sister ship the Olympic. Panelling and fixtures are not just replicas but authentic reclaimed items from the ship itself.
