Position: Flights & Reservations Administrator
Type: Permanent / Hybrid / Full time (37.5 hours a week)
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire (Mondays & Fridays, after training, are working from home and Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays are in the office)
Salary range: £24k- £26k DOE

Position Summary:
You will take charge of the flight operations for our overseas holidays. Managing the quotation, contracting, allocations and bookings. You will be responsible for all aspects of the flight operations and delivery – including, but not limited to, ensuring correct baggage has been booked for guests and staff (incl equipment) producing and managing flight manifests, working with key stakeholders to manage allocations, issuing ATOL certificates, preparing travel documents and logging PNR’s within our database/CRM and managing group and/or FIT check-in’s. You will also be responsible for researching, quoting, tracking and booking FIT rates when necessary. You will work closely with the product and business development executives to create cost effective flight inclusive holidays and adjust pricing to overseas holidays when necessary. You will track and report on all financials relating to the flight’s operations and purchases.
You will be a part of the reservations and customer service team, also answering calls and assisting our valued clients wanting to book any of our UK, Overseas or Cruise departures, delivering exceptional customer service while converting enquiries into sales.
Position Responsibilities Summary:
- Answering client calls and assisting them with queries and bookings
- Managing all flight allocations – both group and FIT.
- Efficiently track and report on all Air inclusive revenue
- Manage the issuance of variable, FIT and Group airline fares, reissues, and refunds.
- Oversee flight bookings, check-in and ticketing processes
- Address schedule changes, coordinating with both suppliers and clients
- Process client requests for additional services such as extra legroom seats, domestic add-ons, and upgrades.
- Create/amending e-tickets into usable, branded documents.
- Prepare flight manifests for suppliers.

Experience:
- 3-years working in travel and tourism (essential)
- 2-year flights coordinator or similar role (preferred)
